so i guess he didn't.. i hope.. well you know he's not that dumb, and sacrificing himself for the sake of kaneki's spontaneous hunger is just one of the stupidest thing to do in a situation like that. i guess he's just hiding somewhere?? hence the mangaka named him hide (?)

ANYWAY i really hate it when kaneki became unstable and uncontrollable, i hate it when he became half-kakuja whatsoever. i even hate the idea of him leaving anteiku. and just saying, but, wouldn't it be easier for him to just die, instead of being such an evil ghoul in order to protect everyone he loves? just saying
