from now on i will never try to give and give and give without taking what i deserve. i don't live to please everyone else, i'm here to suffice for myself--i was born and meant to die alone. everybody else doesn't need me to be whole, and the same goes for me. nobody else needs saving; not you, not me.
i won't take what i have given, but i will never put myself below anyone anymore. i will never beg or put on a nice mask to get what i deserve. i will stand on the ground, not slouching, not lowering myself. my hands, i keep them to my sides.
so come if you want to come, ask what you want to ask. my ears are listening and my tongue will say nothing but the truth. nevertheless, i will never wait.
